Raise The Gong Inc is 100% volunteer-run, and our management committee work hard to juggle other full-time commitments, and their passion for Raise The Gong.

All our management committee members have a personal attachment to our organisation, and Women’s health—in particular cancer– is an issue that has affected us all.

We have worked as a group to raise funds for the promotion of health within the Wollongong and Illawarra region, and have achieved many of our goals

Our Management Committee

The Raise The Gong Inc Management Committee has four office bearers, and four executive members. Click on any of the names below to e-mail us directly.

President	Chelsea Cappetta	Founding member. President since 2006. Chelsea works as an education consultant and holds a Bachelor of Psychology, and is currently undertaking a Masters in IT and Education.
Vice President	Melissa Jenner	Founding member. Acting vice-president since June 2007. Melissa works as an office administrator and holds several business certificates.
Secretary	Melanie Butler	Melanie joined the committee in April 2008. She has extensive administration experience, and a wonderful, creative imagination. Melanie has been our secretary since April 2009.
Treasurer	Alicia Wesley	Alicia currently runs her own business and has a wealth of experience in administrative roles within the IT industry.
Membership Services	Kelly Winter	Secretary since September 2006. Kelly is a registered psychologist and works in the community sector. She has been leading up our membership services since 2007.
Executive Member	Amy Craig	Amy has been with Raise The Gong since May 2008 and brings her skills in administrative management and marketing. She is currently studying at uni.
Executive Member	Lisa Woods	Lisa joined Raise The Gong in February 2009. She is currently undertaking her PhD in Psychology at university. Lisa is passionate about promoting health of women in the community.
Executive Member	Shannon Bush	Shannon is the newest member of our board, joining us in April 2009. She currently works in health administration.
